Email Record’s Files with Business Event

Acumatica’s Business Events can email a template automatically when a condition is met, but the stock email action can only attach configured reports — never actual files on the record that triggered the event.

This customization adds a new Business Event subscriber, Email Notification with Attachments, that sends the same Email Template through Acumatica’s own mail pipeline, but adds real file attachments from the triggering record — or, optionally, from a configured detail view on that record (e.g. pull attachments off a related line instead of the header).

Use cases:

• Email the files uploaded to a Sales Order, Purchase Order, Case, or other record
• Email the files attached to the detail lines of a Sales Order, Purchase Order, etc
