Free Trial

We offer a 14-day free trial for our software products. During this period, you can evaluate the product at no cost before committing to a purchase. We encourage you to make full use of the trial to confirm the product meets your needs.

Refund Window

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of the original purchase date. Refunds are issued at our discretion and are typically granted when:

  • The product does not function as described
  • You experience a technical issue that we are unable to resolve
  • The product does not meet reasonable expectations based on its published description

Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your subscription remains active through the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.

After cancellation, your software license will be deactivated and you will no longer have access to product downloads.
